Thank you for becoming a Senior Week Model for the Class of 2021. This contract entitles Main Street Photography by Coleen Moskowitz the use of your child's image in marketing material in both printed and digital form. Your child's image will appear on our social media and web pages. By agreeing to become a model, you agree to represent and promote Main Street Photography on your social media pages as well. This contract also means you agree to release your image for Main Street Photography to use in this and future marketing campaigns.

In exchange for becoming a model, you will receive from Main Street Photography the following:

-A 30 MIN. SESSION IN FAIRPORT HARBOR/PAINESVILLE AT NO CHARGE - ONLY ONE OUTFIT PLEASE, BUT CAN LAYER TO CHANGE YOUR LOOK

-5 WEB SIZED DIGITAL IMAGES IN A PERSONALIZED APP.

-1 8X10 MOUNTED PRINT OF YOUR CHOICE. OTHER PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE

-A WAIVED $200 SESSION FEE AND $100 PRODUCT CREDIT WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR FULL SESSION AT A LATER DATE. NO DIGITAL IMAGES ARE INCLUDED WITH MY SESSIONS UNLESS PURCHASED SEPARATELY. PRINTED PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE REVEAL SESSION.

I collect a $100 retainer at the signing of this contract to ensure you and your child are as serious about the model program as I am. This retainer is refundable after the photo shoot. It can also be applied to product purchases at this session or at your full session.

By signing this contract, I agree that all rights to the model session photos belong to the photographer. No print release is extended as part of the model program. Prints and products can be purchased from this session at the reveal. No cell-phone photos, scans, screenshots or other reproductions of the photos can be used outside the app without permission from Coleen Moskowitz.

Retainer: $100

A $100 retainer is due at the time of this contract. This is fully refundable only AFTER your session. It can also be applied to product purchases.
